Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens if I exceed my email limit?
On paid plans, you can send extra emails at a small fee per 1,000 emails. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.
What if I need more team members?
You can add extra team seats to any paid plan at a small monthly fee per seat. This is perfect if you need a few more members without upgrading your entire plan.
Can I use GetMailer for marketing emails or newsletters?
GetMailer is designed for transactional emails and behavior-triggered messaging—password resets, notifications, welcome sequences, onboarding flows, and engagement campaigns triggered by user actions. You can use Audiences and Broadcasts for sending to your opted-in users. However, GetMailer is not suitable for cold outreach, purchased lists, or mass unsolicited promotions.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes! Save 20% when you pay annually. You can switch between monthly and annual billing anytime from your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). For Enterprise plans, we also offer invoicing and bank transfers.
Is there a free trial?
Our Free plan gives you 3,000 emails per month forever—no credit card required. This lets you fully test GetMailer's features before upgrading.
How are inbound emails counted?
Inbound email parsing is included free in all plans. Only outbound emails count toward your monthly limit.
